Gas 275 gal, 70-gal fresh water, 28 gal blackwater tank (replaced and replumbed new 2022), Westerbeke 7.0 BCG generator with 1260 hrs, runs like a champ. Beautiful boat and very well maintained. Most items replaced within last 1.5 years: Garmin Fantom 18 Doppler Radome, Garmin 8612 xsv touchscreen chart plotter, B&G GPS/auto, vhf, new JL Audio marine series speakers, new stainless Marinco 5" bow spot/flood light, Lofrans low profile windlass, 150' chain spliced with 200' rode, anchor roller/davit, new fuel pump on gen, AC/Heat, Fridge/Freezer. One flat screen tv in cockpit, 2 flatscreens inside (forward berth and salon), sleeps 6. Vacuflush head with separate enclosed shower. New Isotherm cockpit icemaker, Pronautic 30P battery charger, and much more. Annual maintenance and monthly hull cleaning performed. Full canopy isenglass/frame.
